Your successful competitors aren’t waiting for the steering committee meeting, or Board approval, or the next budget round, to decide on and execute product and company strategy–are sloth and fear keeping you from catching up?
You probably meet regularly with some group to set company direction and product strategy. What are you doing to keep that crucial conversation lively, full of productive conflict, and above all focussed on action we can take today? If you don’t, who else is going to fire that customer or launch that unfinished product?
